ACC Football: FSU Opening 2017 Season Against Alabama in Atlanta

According to a report from the Palm Beach Post in Florida, the Florida State Seminoles and the Alabama Crimson Tide have agreed to open the 2017 college football season in the annual Chik-Fil-A Kickoff Game in Atlanta, as the winners of four of the last six national championships will square off on a neutral site.

Although the contracts have not been signed officially, an agreement is in place between the two college football powerhouses that will net the schools between $4 and $5 million each in the meeting. The game is expected to play in the Atlanta Falcons’ new stadium, which is still currently under construction.
