The 2016 Independence Bowl ended up being quite the boat race, as North Carolina State finished the season strong with a 41-17 shellacking of the Vanderbilt Commodores. Mark Rogers recaps the strong effort from the Wolfpack, led by Ryan Finley’s three touchdown passes to Jaylen Samuels.
